Tiwa Savage and hubby lash out at Etcetera over ‘2nd hand husband’ remarks


Etcetera who is now a columnist for Punch Newspaper wrote an article on about why Nigerian female celebrities prefer to marry men who have already been married to someone else in the past. The article was published on May 3, 2014.
Describing these male spouses as ‘2nd Hand Husbands‘, the singer starts his article citing Tiwa Savage and Tee Billz’s recent Dubai wedding. Although he doesn’t mention names, the article heavily suggests he was talking about the celebrity couple.
Hours later the couple openly replied him, tongue lashing him for airing his opinion and taking jabs at his music career.
Tee Billz was the first to take a go at Etcetera; writing on his Instagram page, Tee Billz said the singer didn’t have the courage to mention his name and didn’t owe him an explanation.

Tee Billz has been involved with another woman in the past and has two children with her. It is not certain if they were ever married.
Almost immediately Tiwa also wrote a long rant apparently also responding to Etcetera; ‘You are not in a position to discuss how male artists are gigolos, most of them came after you and by His grace have achieved more‘, the singer wrote reacting to Etcetera’s article.
